This apartment is 40m2 and has a large sunny balcony with table and chairs and bench seating and views of the ski slopes.
Like apartment 26, it is on the third floor of a large chalet style building which has its own parking area, a laundry room and plenty of storage for skis, bikes and other equipment. The chalet is extremely well positioned in the centre of Zell am See, right next door to the icerink and swimming pool complex and only 250 metres from the city express gondola, and even less to the heart of the old town and lake with its many restaurants, bars and shops.
The apartment consists a large open plan living area with kitchen and traditional Austrian corner dining area. In the lounge there is a large sofa bed and the sleeping area off the lounge accommodates up to four adults in large bunk beds.
This apartment is ideal for families with up to 4 kids or for groups. It is OK for couples but even though the sleeping area is partitioned, it may not offer enough privacy.
In addition to the living area, there is a lobby with loads of storage, plus a bathroom and a loo. In the kitchen there is a full sized sink, a fridge, a hob and a microwave/grill/oven, plus plenty of cubboard space.
The apartment is equipped with a small TV and DVD player. There is also a hair dryer. Bed linen and cleaning is included. It is not a luxury apartment, but it has everything you need and is excellent value for money.
For large groups or families, this apartment can be booked in conjuction with apartments 26 or 19. Discounts are given for multiple bookings.
Prices for this apartment start at just £300 per week in the low season up to a maximum of £450 in the peak of the ski season.
