The chalet is extremely well positioned in the centre of Zell am See, right next door to the icerink and swimming pool complex and only 250 metres from the city express gondola, and even less to the heart of the old town and lake with its many restaurants, bars and shops.
This apartment is very light modern and spacious at 60m2, and has spectacular views of the lake both from the lounge and the large balcony.
This apartment is extremely well equipped to a high standard and consists of a large fully fitted Nef kitchen with breakfast bar, oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc. The lounge/dining room has a sofa bed which seats 4, an easy chair, coffee table, storage unit, TV, DVD, and a dining table for up to 6 persons.
