This apartment is approx 35m2 with a small sunny balcony and views of the mountains. It is on the first floor of an apartment buidling which is right in the centre of the old part of town. For guests with a car this apartment has its own private undercover parking area which can be booked by arrangement.
It is extremely well positioned in the centre of Zell am See, approx 300 metres from the city express gondola, and only about 150 metres from the lakeside. It is in the heart of the old town with its many restaurants, bars and shops but it is on a quiet street.
The apartment consists an open plan living area with kitchenette off and traditional Austrian corner dining area. In the lounge there is a double sofa bed and the bedroom accommodates up to 3 persons in two bunks and pull-out bed.
This apartment is ideal for families with up to 3 kids or for couples. In addition to the living area, there is a lobby with additional storage, plus a shower room and a loo. In the kitchenette there is a full sized sink, a fridge, a hob and a microwave/grill/oven, plus plenty of cuboard space.
The apartment is equipped with a LCD digital flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a hair dryer. Bed linen and cleaning is included. It is not a luxury apartment, but it has everything you need to enjoy your skiing holiday and is excellent value for money. There is a ski storage and a guest laundry in the basement of the building.
For large groups or families, this apartment can be booked in conjuction with Bergstrasse Apartments 24, 26 or 19 which are not far away.
Prices for this apartment start at just £300 per week in the low season up to a maximum of £450 in the peak of the ski season.
