Low Season: Mid April – End May, October and November
Mid Season: June, September, and first 2 weeks of December.
High Season: Dec 13th 20th Dec, 3rd January – 1st Feb, 28th Feb to Mid April, July
Peak Season: August, February half term, Christmas/New Year.

Due to rising costs we can no longer absorb the cost of end cleaning, linen hire and laundry. In order to minimise the costs for smaller groups, we now charge for linen hire per head at the exact rate we are charged in resort.
All bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided in the hire.
Exchange rate is based on the average rate for the previous 12 months and therefore reflects the latest fall in the value of sterling.
The following costs therefore apply for all bookings made from 8th November 2009
End Cleaning- a thorough clean after you have left.
1 bedroom apartments : £40/48 euros
2 bedroom apartments: £50/60euros.
3 bedroom apartments: £ 60/72 euros
Linen hire ( including towels)
£6.50/8 euros per person per booking.
A local tourist tax of £1.00/1.20 euros per adult (16 and over) per night is also payable. This entitles you to a tourist discount card in the resort.
We also reserve the right to request a refundable damages deposit on certain properties.
£25 Discount for repeat bookings (loyalty)
Payment Terms: Deposit of £120/150euros per week is payable on booking, the balance is due at least 6 weeks before departure.
