This well equipped studio apartment is situated on the hillside about 500 metres from the city express lift and the town centre.
Accommodation consists of a lounge/diner leading onto the balcony overlooking the lake, kitchen, bathroom, lobby and toilet. Sleeping arrangements are: a double pull down bed in the lounge and a double sofa bed in the kitchen area which is separated from the lounge with a partition to create 2 private sleeping areas. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and tastefully furnished and ideal base for a couple of small family. The special feature of this apartment is without doubt the view, it really is stunning!
As the apartment is located above the town up a fairly steep road or path, it may not be suitable for families with small children, the elderly or those with mobility problems. There is also very limited parking, although the owner is in the process of negotiating some parking nearby. There is a lighted foot path which goes down to the city express lift but it may not be something you would want to negotiate in ski boots! However there are facilities to leave equipment in lockers at the lift station so this should not be a problem for the fit and able bodied!
